Before the arrival of the equipment on the site, different quality consultancy or maintenance services are offered to determine the technical specifications required for the installation site, electrical, air, and other systems, and even production. We provide all relevant services with a team of highly technical competent, flexible and suitably classified supervisors or technicians.
On-Site Assembly + Training + Urgent Troubleshooting Packs
Together with all of our Partners, we carry out all assembly of the machines, provide maintenance and program training and deliver fully functional equipment by adhering to our after-sales commitments. By offering you a 24-hour Teleservice package through our Partners Offices which have suitable infrastructure, we ensure that our experts are at your service 24 hours a day. Our experts can communicate directly with your facility’s PLC or related software and troubleshoot faults using online diagnostics via VPN or router connection.
Maintenance/Repair/Exploration
Our authorized technical service team serves to intervene in the malfunctions of existing equipments, perform periodic maintenance and keep the device fully functional and active. Periodic maintenance; It is carried out in line with the principles determined by the manufacturing companies we already represent. We would be pleased to support you with our trained and experienced technical service employees in all our standard maintenance, repair or exploration services.
Spare Parts Services
As METPAK Temsilcilik, we are trying to meet all the needs of the companies together with all of our Partners, with the responsibility of being specialized especially on End-of-Line Packaging solutions. Thanks to our experienced spare parts team, we offer fast and reliable solutions to your problems. All of our Partners Factories are at your service with high spare parts storage capacities, long-term availability parameters and fast spare parts supply processes. We can ensure the supply process for more than 20-25 years from the date of first equipment purchase.To avoid unnecessary downtime on the production line in the event of wear or failure, we offer spare parts kits containing all essential components:
• Critical spare parts kit (wearing parts).
• Recommended spare parts kit (wearing and essential parts for machine operations).
• Spare parts on request.
Machine Update and Retrofit Packs
We carry out machine update or machine renewal operations with all of our Partners that are compatible with the infrastructure or can provide the relevant service. We aim to implement your existing systems through updating, modernization and/or revision of the equipments.We can proactively help you save equipments, reduce your costs and overall installation durability.
