Detailed Description:

The Ripack 3000, the flagship of the Ripack range, is the most scalable shrink gun on the market. With Ripack technology delivering a short and rigid flame, it offers outstanding power and versatility for intensive shrink wrapping applications.

Now even more efficient, the Ripack 3000 reaches up to 80 kW, making it suitable for all types of shrink films. Its new combustion system with an extended heating zone allows for faster operation and improved productivity.

This shrink gun is equipped with the patented “cold nozzle” system and an adjustable Securipack regulator, ensuring maximum safety at all times.

The 360° rotating nozzle is also removable. With extension options up to 187 cm, it allows safe and efficient work at height.

Depending on your workspace, you can use a trolley for mobility in compliance with safety standards, or a 15-meter hose reel for greater convenience in fixed positions.

 

Usage Tips:

• Always keep the gun upright and maintain a distance of approximately 30 cm from the film during shrinking.
• When shrinking on a pallet, allow the film to extend 20 cm on each side.
• Use a Metlift to raise the pallet and secure the film underneath, ensuring load stability.
• Always start heating from the bottom areas, then continue with a continuous “Z” sweeping motion.
• Adjust your speed according to the film thickness.

For proper sealing on flat film, ensure at least 30 cm overlap of the film.
