Detailed Description:

The new Ripack 2500 shrink gun is the perfect solution for regular shrink wrapping applications. As the lightest in its category, it offers excellent handling and efficiency. Its adjustable power range from 34 to 60 kW allows it to adapt easily to different film thicknesses.

Equipped with “cold nozzle” technology and a Securipack regulator, the Ripack 2500 ensures one of the highest safety levels available in its class. The Securipack regulator continuously stabilizes and monitors both the gas cylinder pressure and the device pressure.

There is no need to visit a technician to replace the igniter. Thanks to the patented easy piezo replacement system located in the handle, you can save time and improve productivity.

 

Usage Tips:

• Always keep the gun upright and maintain a distance of approximately 30 cm from the film during shrinking.
• When shrinking on a pallet, allow the film to extend 20 cm on each side.
• Use a Metlift to raise the pallet and secure the film underneath, ensuring load stability.
• Always start heating from the bottom areas, then continue with a continuous “Z” sweeping motion.
• Adjust your speed according to the film thickness.

For proper sealing on flat film, ensure at least 30 cm overlap of the film.
