Detailed Description

The Ripack 2100 is an ideal tool for entering the world of shrink wrapping or for occasional shrink applications.

With its constant 40 kW power, it is the perfect partner for shrinking films up to 150 microns.

Reliability and safety are core principles of Ripack. This shrink gun is equipped with the patented “cold nozzle” technology as well as a Securipack regulator, ensuring maximum safety by continuously monitoring both the gas cylinder pressure and the device pressure.

No need to visit a technician to replace the igniter. Thanks to the patented easy piezo replacement system located in the handle, you can save both time and operational efficiency.

 

Usage Tips

• Always keep the gun upright and maintain a distance of approximately 30 cm from the film during shrinking.
• When shrinking on a pallet, allow the film to extend 20 cm on each side.
• Use a Metlift to raise the pallet and secure the film underneath, ensuring load stability.
• Always start heating from the bottom areas, then continue with a continuous “Z” sweeping motion.
• Adjust your speed according to the film thickness.

For proper sealing on flat film, make sure to leave at least 30 cm overlap.
