THE PRODUCT RANGE
• Flexapharm Mono PVC : Single layer PVC films for standard blister.
- Most widely used blister film
- Can be used for the production of Pharmaceutical Blisters and suitable for lamination with PE or PP for suppositories blisters
- Can be found between a thickness of 60µ and 500µ
- Different colour as transparent, Green, or Amber (Other colors can be produced under registered request)
• Flexapharm Duplex (PVC/ PVdC) : PVC film coated with PVDC for medium barrier blister.
- Blister Film with barrier against humidity
- Blister Film with different Grams of 40, 60, 80, 90 e 120 g/m².
- Lower Crystallinity coating
- All Blister Films are approved by FDA, USP Rules and Ph. Eur 3.1.11
• Flexapharm Triplex (PVC/ PE/ PVdC) : PVC film laminated to PE and coated with heavy weights of PVDC for high barrier blister.
- Lamination of PVC and PE, coated with PVdC, when more barrier products against humidity is necessary
- Higher Crystallinity coating, for more barrier
!!! New Development: FLEXAPHARM SBC; is a PVC rigid film able to increase extremely the shelf life compared to Duplex and Triplex. Maximum Safety with a Lower Price.
• Flexapharm Laminated (PVC/ PE) : PVC film laminated to PE, easy to seal, suitable for production of blisters, suppositories and monodoses.
