STRETCH HOOD FILMS
The stretch hood films produced in the form of a tube can be stretched to a great extent. This creates high film restoring forces with a permanent elastic force which reliably stabilise the packaged goods on the pallet both horizontally and vertically. The pronounced stretchability also reduces the amount of material employed and provides a very smooth surface with a good display impact.
RKW stretch hoods can be processed on all common stretch-hood machines and do not require an open heat source. This makes it possible to package even heat sensitive goods without a risk of fire.
Stretch hood films can be printed on any side for advertising purposes. Naturally we can also provide custom finishes (e.g. UV absorbing/stabilized, tinted, anti-static etc.).
